Delivery

Unlock free shipping by becoming a member or enjoy it on orders over €40. We prioritize your privacy with discreet packaging. Expect your order within 1-3 working days. Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Receive an order confirmation with details at checkout and a shipment confirmation with tracking once it's ready for delivery.

Exchange

Did you accidentally order the wrong item? Don't worry. You have the option to exchange a product with us, provided the product is still unopened and in its original packaging.

When exchanging a product, please contact our customer service so that we can assist you as best as possible.

Returns

If you don't want to keep a product, you can send it back within 14 days without any reason. You'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return.

For products being returned due to damage or incorrect delivery, the additional return costs are, of course, on us.

Please remember to complete the return form and
include it with your shipment when returning items. This will ensure a smooth
and efficient processing of your return request.

Right of Withdrawal

We will process the refund (within 14 days) once we have received the products back.

Please keep in mind that the returned packages remain the sender's responsibility until they are received at the following ZENLUCA address:

We recommend considering the purchase of tracking services and retaining proof of postage, as a personal precaution.

It's important to be mindful of the items being sent back to ZENLUCA, as only products received by us can be credited. Unfortunately, products sent back without adherence to our return policy cannot be credited or returned to the customer. If the order number for the returned product cannot be located, a refund may not be processed.
